Wildflowers
Hope you all had a fun and safe Fourth of July.
My husband took this photo of a wildflower at dusk on a recent summer hike (same hike as the image in my previous post) using his cellphone. It's interesting how smartphones can readily function as cameras nowadays, with their daily documentation-meets-quality imagery capabilities--so much so that lugging a camera around is no longer necessary in some cases.
However, a smartphone will never substitute a physical camera for image resolution. When it comes to shop photography, I always use my camera. I know I am not alone in this preference. Yet, for most other purposes, a cellphone is a handy alternative; on hikes, included.
